EXCHANGE POLICY

At Reliable Silver, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a flexible return and exchange policy as outlined below.

1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
– Items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
– Jewelry must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.
– Custom-made, personalized, or engraved jewelry is not eligible for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturing defect.
– Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange.

2. Return and Exchange Process
– Initiate a Return or Exchange: To begin the process, please contact our Customer Service team at +91 9166175595. or email us at contact@reliable-silver.com Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
– Return Authorization: Once your request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).
– Packaging Your Return: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, certificates, and documentation. Clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the package.
– Shipping Your Return: Ship the package to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure safe delivery. Reliable Silver is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

3. Refunds
– Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
– Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original method of payment. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable.
– If your return is rejected, we will return the item(s) to you along with an explanation.

4. Exchanges
– If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please specify the desired replacement item when initiating the return process.
– Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is not available, you will be issued a refund instead.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
– If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at+91  9166175595 or contact@reliable-silver.com. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos of the damaged or defective item.
– We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.

6. Non-Returnable Items
– Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

– Reliable Silver reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange if the item does not meet the above criteria.
– For international orders, return shipping costs and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
